Idyllerei 24 - Barrier-free festival of the Arts

We are delighted, that Christine Hoffmann's works are presented alongside artists from Serbia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Cuba, Sweden, Hamburg, Berlin or Osnabrück.

The international festival, organised in its second edition, by colleagues from Idyllerei, an open studio of Lebenshilfe Nuremberg, presents performances, inclusive workshops, film screenings, lectures, theatre performances and various panels discussing the role of outsider art in art history and society.

Marc Steene, director of Outside In, Great Britain and a board member of the European Outsider Art Association, points out to a possible redefinition of the concept of art. Harald Kienle, sculptor, Nuremberg, invites the audience to re-perceive space through the construction and final destruction of a wooden sculpture.

The festival inspires panelists, artists, participants and guests from over ten countries.
