Artist Talk and tours with Lutz Möller and Merit Schongar

Lutz Möller and Merit Schongar, wood sculptor and student of Fine Arts, Braunschweig University of Art, are a very good team easy "catching" the audience. Friends, family and curious visitors are enthusiastic about the conversation and the artist talk. Lutz Möller explains his works and Merit Schongar moderates the afternoon. We all enjoyed a vivid afternoon ending with cake and coffee in the studio.

Merit Schongar presents the Vorwerk hoover which is part of the exhibition, and Lutz Möller immediately starts vacuuming in the gallery. The audience gets immediately into the artist's enthusiasm for hoovers. Then, guest and artits start talking about the about art, vacuum cleaner sand irons. Möller talks about his motifs and Merit Schongar refers to the free, unforced lines that reveal Möller's impulsive and purposeful way of working. To quote her: "His caring personality, his humour, his emotionality and his enthusiasm, make a collaboration full of surprises possible."

Next to the talk, Merit Schongar invited the guests to several tours during the exhibition. We are very happy about our third collaboration with the artist.
